Database Administrator for Digital Media Department

 

Tasks:

  • Create new movie and film databases
  • Prepare records and logs in CMS systems (Drupal)
  • Coordinate the video management system workflow (MPX)

PR Specialist for AXN and AXN Sub-brands Hungary, Croatia & Czech Republic

 

Regional PR Specialist

The Regional PR Specialist (located in SPTE’s Bp office ) reporting to Head of Publicity & PR is a key position to boost our channels’ presence in the local outlets through timely placement information and branded content about our programming content in b2c and about our business in b2b.

The Regional PR Specialist is a position in connecting the local markets (Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia) with the CE PR & Brand team through supporting monthly report on activities to other departments.

Duties:

  • Planning and realization of the PR strategy for the Hungarian market (AXN , AXN White, AXN Black TV channels + AXN Now digital service)
  • Overseeing the work of PR & event agencies
  • Planning and realization of the PR dedicated budget for Hungarian, Czech, Croatian market
  • Preparing press releases and press kits, initiating the articles in press, pitching interviews, building strong relationships with journalists and business partners, organizing events, media meetings, conferences
  • Building the positive image of the AXN & SPT brands through the internal and external communication
  • Coordination of programming materials preparation and delivery, PR reports, presentations, ordering premiums
  • KPI and priority driven media monitoring
  • Supervision of the contact list (media base), updating, development
  • Lead PR projects independently and in close cooperation with PR & Marketing representatives from the region (event/PR/creative agencies)
  • Strong cooperation with marketing, on-air, distribution and digital team e.g. cyclical preparation of the programing related materials
  • Working together with HR and taking part in internal communication initiatives
  • Keen in cooperation on some regional level projects, PR and Marketing related
  • Coordination/Supervision over the Czech, Croatian regional strategy implementation – supervision over the local PR agencies

Requirements:

  • At least 2,5 year of experience in Public Relations (experience in media, cinema, entertainment will be an advantage)
  • Experience working in or managing a PR agency required
  • Fluency speaking and writing in English (everyday communication)
  • Great relationships with press and bloggers (TV, media, lifestyle, B2B press)
  • MS Office literacy
  • Excellent writing skills and effective communicator
  • Extremely organized and deadline driven
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Measurement focus on the effective activity
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and under time pressure
  • Strong understanding of PR 2.0 and how branded content works.
  • An interest in mass culture, entertainment, television, and cinema. Series fans welcome!

SENIOR MARKETING SPECIALIST FOR VIASAT BRANDS – HUNGARY

 

The position in a nutshell

The position of Senior Marketing Specialist for Viasat Brands in Hungary (located in SPTE’s Budapest office) is responsible for organizing data-driven local ATL and BTL campaigns, partnerships, and barters. The holder of the positions is working on developing local relations with agencies and media partner but also works as the key choice influencer within the department in preparing activities based on input from the head of the subdivision. The position is also actively shapes the brands on the market, and is a major driving force of campaign execution.

Senior Marketing Specialist works closely internally with:

  • In- house creative: working out & timing campaigns, and getting creative materials delivered on time
  • Digital: Creating digital content tied to key campaigns & promotable
  • PR: On creating joint efforts around promotable
  • Ad-sales: getting information on the key periods for promotion
  • Programming: in getting the most detailed info about promotable & finding ideal timing for them
  • Finance: Keeping track of HU marketing budget numbers & guarding planned local spending.

Main responsibilities:

  • Keeping daily contact with b2c creative and media agencies
  • Creating & executing b2c marketing activities and campaigns based on programming and research input, ad-sales & distribution input
  • Works on media and creative plans with internal and external partners
  • Works together with other subdivisions within Brand department to make sure all campaign information is properly spread in the wider- organization
  • Assessing post- campaign effects together with research and ensuring activities are properly optimized. Proposing new alternatives based on the assessed campaign delivery experience
  • Full documentation of campaign activities from brief to post-buy
  • Leading marketing initiatives to using new marketing technologies
  • Following up on media campaigns and continuously optimizing local campaign related activities around the brand. Hold responsible for keeping key deadlines internally/ externally, -> to realize KPI goals
  • Responsible for ensuring that brand experience is connected and unified and delivering a locally relevant message on all elements of the campaign
  • Keeping financial control on campaign budgets
  • Creating / delivering relevant metrics based clear post campaign reports
  • Responsible for overseeing local marketing budget of the brand, with creating a well-documented paid/ barter budget tracking
  • Building and continuously optimizing marketing barter relationships around the brands
  • Handling day to day relations with barter partners on the local market
  • Continuously challenging agencies & partners for more favorable prices or better value for price agreements.

Requirements:

  • Understanding and knowledge of the Hungarian TV market especially channels, brands, genres, formats, program titles
  • Understanding the basics of television related- and digital metrics, and analytics
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Hungarian
